Rava (Semolina) Cutlet - Ingredients:

Rava(Semolina)  1 cup.
Milk 5 cups.
Butter 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Green chillies 2
Ginger 1 piece 
Dhaniya chopped finely
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp.
Egg white beaten 2.
Oil to fry.
Rava (Semolina) Cutlet - Directions:
  1. Bring milk and butter to boil.

  2. Add rava,salt,green chillies and dhaniya and ginger.

  3. When it is thick and starts leaving the sides of pan add tomato sauce and put into a greased plate.

  4. When cools cut to needed pieces.

  5. Dip in beaten egg and deep fry
