Red Fish Curry - Ingredients:

Fish 500 gms
Refined Oil 3 tbsp.
Mustard Seeds 1 tsp.
Fenu greek seeds a pinch.
Onions Chopped 2
Ginger chopped 1 1/2 tsp.
Red chilli powder dissolved in little water 3 tbsp.
Curry leaves  afew.
Salt to taste 
Cocum soaked in water 3 ieces.
Garlic cloves 12.

Red Fish Curry - Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.When they start spluttering add onions.Saute for a while and add ginger.

  2. Add red chilli water and saute till oil seperates.

  3. Add water curry leaves,salt,cocum,fish and garlic.

  4. Reduce flame and cook till fish is tender and the gravy is thick.

  5. Serve hot with rice.
