Red Potato Sabji - Ingredients:

Potato  5
Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder  1/4 tsp
Cumin powder  1 tsp
Cumin seed   1/2 tsp
Oil   2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Potato Sabji - Directions:
  1. Peel potato and make small thin pieces.

  2. In kadai heat oil and fry cumin seeds for a min.

  3. Then add potato pieces.

  4. Add red chilly powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder and salt.

  5. Mix well and cover the kadai.

  6. Allow to cook on low flame for 4-5 min.

  7. Remove the cover and check the potato.

  8. Add water if necessary.

  9. Red potato sabji is ready.

  10. Serve with chapati.
