Roast Chicken - Ingredients:

ready-roasted chickens 1
Vegetable oil or ghee 3 tbsp. 
chopped garlic cloves 3 
chicken stock 1 cup 
Balti masala paste 4 tbsp. 
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp. 



Roast Chicken - Directions:
  1. Skin and bone the chicken, cutting the meat into chunks.

  2. Add the oil or ghee to your karahi, heat, and quickly stir-fry the garlic before it browns, add the chopped onions and fry until translucent.

  3. Add the chicken, then the masala paste.

  4. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or so.

  5. Add the chicken stock, stir, and cook until reduced .

  6. Add coriander leaves and serve .
