nylon sabudana 250 gms
peanuts 1 cup
dry grated potato1 cup
red chili or 5 green chilies 1 tsp
curry leaves 8-10
jeera seeds 1 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil to fry
Sabudana Chivda - Directions:
Heat oil in a heavy pan and fry nylon sabudana, peanuts, grated dry potato and keep aside in a paper napkin.
Heat 2 tbsp oil and add jeera seeds, curry leaves, red or green chillies.
Add salt and sugar.
Take out from heat and immediately add fried nylon sabudana, peanuts, grated dry potato. Mix well.
Cool and store it.
