Sago Cutlet - Ingredients:

Potatoes boiled and mashed 250 gms
Groundnut 1/4 cup roasted and grounded coarsely
Sago i cup(soak for an hour and drained.
Green chili,ginger,coriader leaves fine chopped as
required.
Grated coconut 1/4
Salt to taste.
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
oil for frying

Sago Cutlet - Directions:
  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Divide into small balls and flattern them into desired shapes.

  3. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.

  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
