Sago payasam - Ingredients:

sago 50 gms 
sugar  1 cup
milk 2 cup 
cardamoms  powder 4 
cashewnuts   10 
ghee  4 tsp
Sago payasam - Directions:
  1. Roast sago in 1 tsp ghee. Mix 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup of water and bring to boil.

  2. Add sago and cook well until it becomes colorless.Add the remaining milk and stir.

  3. Let it cook well. Now add the sugar and stir for 2 min. Roast cashews in little ghee.

  4. In thet same ghee add the powdered cardamoms and add it to the payasam.

  5. Serve it chilled.
