Scotch Broth - Ingredients:

Barley 1 oz
Carrot 2
Onion 4
Peas 2 oz
Beans 2 oz
Potato 2
Minced meat 250 gms
Maid a 1 oz
Milk 1 oz
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Butter 4 oz

Scotch Broth - Directions:
  1. Cut vegetables and boil it.

  2. Take a pan and melt butter.Add onion and saute. Then add maida and cook for 2 minutes.

  3. Pour the boiled vegetables and meat and simmer in low heat forhalf an hour.

  4. Add milk before serving.

  5. Add pepper and salt to taste.

  6. Tomatoes should be added when vegetables are half cooked.
