Seer (Neymeen)Fish Curry - Ingredients:

Seer Fish  1 kg
Onions finely chopped  3
Small Onion sliced  100 gms
Ginger  Garlic paste  50 gms
Tomato  4
Green Chillies  5
Curry Leaves few
Tamarind  as required size of lemon
Kudum Puli  2 pieces soaked in water
Coconut  1
Fenugreek seeds  1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Coconut Oil  2 tsp

 For Grinding:

Chilli Powder   3 tbsp
Coriander Powder   4 tbsp
Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
Garam Masala   1/2 tsp
Pepper powder   1 tsp
Seer (Neymeen)Fish Curry - Directions:
  1. Pour oil into the Kadai and add fenugreek seeds.

  2. Saut Ginger Garlic paste in it.

  3. Add Big onion, small onion and saut for some more time.

  4. Add the grinded masala and saut for some time.

  5. Take first and second milk of coconut.

  6. Add the soaked Kudum Puli, green chillies, tomato, curry leaves, and second milk of coconut along with salt.

  7. Add the first extract of coconut milk and curry leaves.

  8. Serve with boiled rice.
