Shahi Korma - Ingredients:

Cleaned mutton 1 1/2 kg
Medium onions 3
Yogurt 3/4 cup
Garlic 4 cloves   
Saffron pinch      
Salt to taste
Water 1 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala   1/2 tsp  
Shahi Korma - Directions:
  1. Grind finely onion and garlic.Add coriander powder and mix well.

  2. Marinade the mutton in above mixture for 1 hrs.

  3. Heat oil and fry the remaining thinly sliced onion. Keep aside.

  4. Add the mutton and fry throughly.

  5. pressure cook for 20 minutes. Reduce pressure.

  6. Add salt and pepper.

  7. Dry the gravy. Add beaten yogurt and fry until it leaves oil.

  8. Add fried onion. Add soaked or ground saffron.

  9. Mix it with mutton. Add Garam Masala and cook for 1/2 hour.

  10. Serve hot.
