Maida 3/4 cup
Curry powder 7 tsp
Salt 4 tsp
Ginger chopped 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion 1 cup
Diced apple 1 cup
Butter 3/4 cup
Chicken stock 2 cup
Milk 2 cup
Cleaned and shelled Shrimp 1 1/2 kg
Cleaned mushroom 3/4 kg
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Shrimp Mushroom Curry - Directions:
Mix together flour, Curry powder, salt , ginger and sugar.
In a pan fry onions apple in 3/4 cup of butter till it becomes tender.
Blend in flour mixture.
Slowly stir in chicken stock and milk until it becomes thick.
Remove from heat.
In a large skillet melt 3 tbsp of buttre add shrimp and fry on high heat stirring for five minutes.Drain and add to curry sauce.
Place mushrrom choped large in a shallow pan.
Brush with 2 tbsp of butter and boil for three minutes.
Turn over and brush with two more tbsp of butter and fry for 3 more minutes.
Add lime juice to curry sauce.
Serve hot with plain rice.
