Snake Gaurd Raita - Ingredients:

sliced snake gourd  1 cup
fresh yogurt  1 cup
grated coconut  1 tsp 
green chilli  1 
Oil and mustard seeds for tempering 
Hing  A pinch 
Salt to taste
Snake Gaurd Raita - Directions:
  1. Beat the yogurt to a fine consistency, steam the snake gourd without any water.

  2. When half cooked remove and cool .Mix with yogurt

  3. Grind coconut with green chillies to a paste .

  4. Add this paste to the yogurt mixture .

  5. Temper it with mustard seeds and hing, add salt to taste serve.
