Soya Dosas - Ingredients:

rice flour (chawal ka atta) 3/4 cup 
urad dal (split black lentils) flour 1/4 cup 
soya flour 1/4 cup 
fruit salt 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil for cooking(1 tbsp)
Soya Dosas - Directions:
  1. Mix together the rice flour, urad dal flour, soya flour and salt with approx. 1 cup of

  2. water to make a thin batter.

  3. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

  4. When ready to make the dosas, sprinkle the fruit salt on the batter and mix gently.

  5. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it lightly with oil.

  6. When hot, pour one quarter of the batter on the pan and spread it using a circular

  7. motion to make a thin dosa and cook on one side and pour a little oil along the edges

  8. while cooking. When crispy, fold over.

  9. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 3 more dosas.

  10. Serve hot.
