Spicy Mutton - Ingredients:

Mutton  3/4 kg
Onions  2
Green Chillies  6
Curry Leaves 
Ginger Garlic Paste  1 tbsp
Tomato  1
Garam Masala  1 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder  1 1/2 tsp
Spicy Mutton - Directions:
  1. Marinate mutton with 1/2 tsp chilli powder & sufficient salt for 1-2 hrs.

  2. Fry chopped onions, chillies, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste. After a few minutes, add garam masala.

  3. When onions are cooked, add corriander powder, chilli powder and a pinch of turmeric.

  4. Mix well. Add tomato and fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Put mutton with masala in the cooker and add some water.

  6. Keep for 10 minutes (at least) after whistle.

  7. To make gravy, add coconut milk and let the meat simmer in it for a few minutes.

  8. Serve hot with plain rice.
