Spicy Mutton - Ingredients:

Mutton 1 kg
Chopped onions  2 cups
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder  1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds  1 tsp
Black peppercorns 3/4 tsp
Cinnamon  1 stick
Cloves  2
Green cardamoms  2
Plain yoghurt  2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Coriander leaves chopped a few
Spicy Mutton - Directions:
  1. Fry the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil until golden brown.

  2. Remove it from oil with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  3. Fry the mutton pieces in the same oil until browned and keep aside.

  4. Then fry the cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamoms,cloves, peppercorns, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder

  5. and coriander powder in the same oil for 5 minutes.

  6. Add the fried mutton pieces to it and pour 2 cups of water and cook until the meat is tender.

  7. Then add the beaten yoghurt and boil in low fire.. Add fried onions to it.

  8. Mix well and cook for 15 more minutes over low heat.

  9. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
