Bengal gram flour 100g
Rice Flour 25 g
Vanaspati 25g
Big Onion 1/4 kg
Green Chilly 5
Garlic 8 flakes
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves few
Curry Leaves few
Jeera 1 tsp
Soda Powder 2 pinch
Oil for frying
Spicy Onion Bhaji - Directions:
Cut onions into small slices. Cut the green chilly, coriander leaves and curry leaves also into small pieces.
Grind the jeera and crush garlic flakes.
Mix all the ingredients and heat oil in a pan.
Pour the batter little by little to the oil and fry for a while.
Serve hot chutney.
