Spinach (Cheera) Fry - Ingredients:

Spinach 250 gms
Onion chopped 1 cup
Red chilly 2-4
Salt to taste
Garlic crushed 2 flakes.
Oil 1 tbsp
mustard 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves a few

Spinach (Cheera) Fry - Directions:
  1. Throughly clean spinach cut it to one inch piece and keep aside.

  2. Heat a kadai and season mustard in oil with curry leaves.

  3. Add the crushed garlic,onion chopped and saute till onion turns brown .

  4. Add red chilli powder,turmeric and fry well.

  5. Add the spinach and salt and cover the kadai and cook in low flame until it is cooked.

  6. Serve hot with rice.
