Masoor Dal 1/2 cup
Moong Dal 1/2 cup
urad dal 2 tsp
split green gram (moong dal) cup
Spinach (palak) 1 kg.s
Oil 1 tbsp
Red Chillies 4
Pepper pods 10
Haldi 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Coconut Scrapped
Mustard tsp
Curry leaves a few
Spinach Curry - Directions:
Soak Masoor Dal and Moong Dal each for 2 hours.
Boil it with salt and haldi.
Wash Spinach and cut into small pieces and boil it separately. Put in dal.
Fry in Oil, Urad Dal, Red Chillies, Pepper.
And grind with Coconut. Add this to the dal.
Season with Mustard Seeds, Urad Dal, and Curry Leaves.
