Spinach leaves 30
Boiled and mashed potatoes 4
Onions 2
Green chillies 5
Ghee 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
rice flour cup
gram flour cup
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Spinach Rolls - Directions:
Boil, peel and smash potatoes.
Fry onions in heated oil.
Add green chillies and fry for a few seconds.
Add potatoes and salt.
Cool the mixture and shape it into rolls.
Place a little filling in the center of spinach leaf.
Wrap the spinach leaf round the potato filling.
Prepare the batter using rice and gram flour, little salt, red chili powder and water.
Dip the spinach rolls in the batter and deep fry in heated oil.
