Spinach Sambhar - Ingredients:

Spinach washed and finely chopped 1 bunch  
Thuvar dhall 1/2 cup 
Sambhar powder 1/2 tsp
Tamarind paste 1/2 tspRed chillies 4 
Green chillies 4 
Mustard 1/4 tsp
Hing a small pinch 
Salt to taste 
Cooking Oil 2 tsp
Curry leaves a few 
Spinach Sambhar - Directions:
  1. Cook thuvar dhall and keep it aside.

  2. Boil spinach with little water, and some salt.

  3. Heat some oil in a pan, splutter mustard, then add hing,

  4. red chillies, green chilles, curry leaves and sambhar powder

  5. and fry for a few minutes.

  6. Now add this to the boiling spinach, and add

  7. tamarind paste and let it cook for a few minutes.

  8. Now add the cooked thuvar dhall.

  9. Let it cook until the flavour comes out.

  10. Serve hot with rice.
