Spring Dosa - Ingredients:

Big Onions 5
Capsicum 5
Cabbage 250 gms 	
Dosa batter 1/2 litre
Oil or ghee as required
A little chaat masala powder
Mysore chutney 8 tbsp
Butter 50 gms
Spring Dosa - Directions:
  1. Chop the onions, capsicum and cabbage into long pieces.

  2. Grease the tawa or dosa plate and heat it.

  3. Pour a laddle full of batter on the dosa plate.

  4. Mix Mysore chutney and white butter and apply it on the dosa while it is still on the tawa. Spread the chopped vegetables on top.

  5. Sprinkle chaat masala powder over the vegetables.

  6. Cook till golden brown in colour.

  7. Roll the dosa over into a cylindrical shapeSimilarly prepare three more dosas.

  8. Serve with sambhar and green chutney.
