Stuffed Bread Bhajji - Ingredients:

Bread 10 slices
Gram flour 3/4 cup
Soda 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Potato 2
Green Peas shelled 2 tbsp
Carrot 2
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Stuffed Bread Bhajji - Directions:
  1. Boil vegetables with masala powder and salt.

  2. Mash into paste.

  3. Mix flour,Soda and salt with little water to make a thick batter.

  4. Apply vegeatable paste on one side of bread and keep another slice over it.

  5. Stuff the remaining slices also and dip in batter and deep fry in oil.
