Summer Soup - Ingredients:

Beans 1/2 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup
Stock or water 4 cup
Vermecelli 3 tbsp
Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste.
Butter 1 tbsp
Summer Soup - Directions:
  1. Strain the stock from the bones.

  2. Pick out meat from the soup.

  3. Chop and add to soup.

  4. Chop the vegetables finely lengthwise.

  5. Melt button in a pan and fry onions for 2 minutes and add all vegetables.

  6. When it is half done add pour soup into it and boil.Add vermecelli,pepper and salt.

  7. Stir for 5 minutes.

  8. Serve hot.

  9. Note: Vegeterians can use water instead of stock.
