Pumpkin A thin slice
Jaggery (Powdered) 1/4 cup
Grated Coconut 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Channa Dal - 1/4 tsp
Black Gram (Urad Dal ) 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chilly 1
Rice Flour 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Sweet Pumpkin Curry - Directions:
Cut the pumpkin into large pieces and cook in some water with salt.
Drain off the excess water. Heat oil in a pan and season mustard, chilly and the dals.
Add jaggery and let it melt. Then add the cooked pumpkin and mix well.
Increase the heat and after about 4 - 5 minutes, add the coconut and the rice flour and remove after 2 minutes.
