Szechwan Rice - Ingredients:

Basmathi Rice  2 cups
Red Chillies  3  
Garlic  5  flakes  
Oil 4 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Kesar powder orange colour a pinch
Szechwan Rice - Directions:
  1. Boil rice with exactly 4 cups of water(Twice the quantity of rice).

  2. Spread the rice on a big dish and cool.

  3. Soak the red chillies in vinegar. Chop garlic flakes.

  4. In a wok, put salad oil and heat it thoroughly.

  5. Reduce heat and put the chopped garlic.Add the kesar powder.

  6. Fry till golden.

  7. Serve Hot with raitas.
