Talan - Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 kg
Onion 3
Pepper powder 2 tbsp
Green Chilli 2
Ginger 1 inch piece
Coriander leaves a few
Garlic 1 pod
Oil tbsp
Salt to taste
Talan - Directions:
  1. Slice one onion and grind others with pepper powder,chilli.ginger,garlic and coriander leaves.

  2. Mix this with mutton pieces.

  3. Fry the sliced onion till brown add mutton pieces,salt and cook till done.
