Tandoori Capsicum - Ingredients:

medium sized Capsicum / green bell pepper  4
shredded cabbage    cup
cashew nuts, broken  1 tsp
coriander leaves (chopped)  1 tsp
grated carrots  1/3  cup
grated paneer  1   cup
cumin seeds (jeera)    tsp
french beans (thinly sliced)    cup
garam masala  A pinch
garlic paste    tsp
ginger paste    tsp
green peas  4 tsp
oil  1 tbsp
raisins  1 tsp
red chili powder  1 tsp
Salt to taste 
salt  tsp
ghee  1/2 cup
Tandoori Capsicum - Directions:
  1. Slice the capsicum at the stem end and scoop out the seeds and save the stem end.

  2. Heat oil. Add cumin and let it splutter. Add ginger and garlic pastes and saut for a few minutes.

  3. Add all vegetables and stir fry. Season with salt and red chili powder.

  4. Fry till oil separates. Take off from the heat.

  5. Add grated paneer and garam masala.

  6. Cool the mixture. Add cashew nuts, raisins and coriander.

  7. Stuff the capsicums with the mixture. Cover with stem end and secure with toothpicks.

  8. Skewer the capsicums and grill for 5 minutes or bake in a tandoor for 8 minutes.

  9. Serve hot.
