Tandoori Masala - Ingredients:

Red chili powder   1 tbsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic powder  2 tsp
Dry ginger powder  2 tsp
Dry mango powder  2 tsp
Dried mint  1/2 tsp
Few drops of red food coloring
Tandoori Masala - Directions:
  1. Grind the cumin and coriander seeds into a fine powder.

  2. Add all the other spice powders & the red food coloring and mix well.

  3. Store in an airtight container.
