Rice 2 cups
Channa dhal 3/4 cup
Thuvar dhal 3/4 cup
Urad dhal 1/2 cup
Red chillies 6
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Hing a small pinch
Salt to taste
Curry leaves a few
Oil 2 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Thaval Adai - Directions:
MethodRinse and soak rice, channa dhal, thuvar dhall, and urad dhallin water for 1 hour.
Wet grind the above coarsley with redchillies and salt.
Heat oil and ghee in a pan, and add cumin seeds, pepper, hing, and curry leaves, and mix it with the batter.
Make them similar to addai's.
