Tomato and Potato Pulav - Ingredients:

Rice  2 cup.
Tomato 4 
Green chillies 3
Onion 6
Garlic 1
Cloves 4
Cardamaom 4
Potatos 4
Ghee 6 tbsp.
Salt to taste.

Tomato and Potato Pulav - Directions:
  1. Wash rice and keep it for an hour.

  2. Add double the quantity of water ,steam and pour into wide vessel to cool.

  3. Grind the coconut with chillies and spices,2 onions and garlic without adding any water.

  4. Cut tomatoes into small pieces and throw away the seeds.

  5. Boil ,peel and cut potatoes.

  6. Add powdered salt and shake well.

  7. Heat half quantity of ghee and fry masala stirring constantly till masala turns brown.

  8. Add tomato bits and stir for 5 minutes.Add to rice.

  9. Heat the remaining ghee and fry potatoes and one onion cut to stripes.Add to rice.

  10. Add salt and keep on low fire for 10-15 mins stirring continuously.
