Fish 1 kg
Tomato 1 kg
Red Chilli powder 2 ts[
Jeera 2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cloves 4
Cardamom 4
Coriander leaves a few
Tomato Fish - Directions:
Boil tomato and remove skin.
Heat ghee and add asafoitida.
Add tomato and fry till t becomes thick.
Clean and cut fish to pieces.
Put fish in tomato gravy with little water . Add all masala except coriander powder.
Add ginger and stir.
when water evaporates add coriander powder and coriander leaves and serve.
