Veg. Fingers - Ingredients:

cabbage, finely chopped 1 cup
string beans, finely chopped 1 cup
grated carrot 1 cup
grated onion 1 cup
black pepper 1 tsp.
Salt to taste
green chili sauce 3 tsp.
soya sauce 2 tsp.
ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp.
Chili powder 1/2 tsp.
Oil for frying
all-purpose flour 3-4 tbsp..






Veg. Fingers - Directions:
  1. Boil the vegetables till they are soft and mushy.

  2. Add all the other ingredients along with the flour to the boiled vegetables and knead the dough into small finger shaped pieces.

  3. Deep fry these pieces in hot oil and drain. Serve hot.
