Vegetable Pulav - Ingredients:

Raw Rice 2 cups
Tomaatoes 2
Carrot 1
Cloves 4
Cardamom 6
Green Chillies 7
Beans 8
Cauli flower 200 gms
Shelled peas 1/2 cup
Potato 1
Coconut Milk 4 cups
Garlic 8 pods
Ginger 1 '' piece
Ghee 1/2 cup
Cinnamon 2
Big oNion 2
Coriander leaves one bunch
Mint leaves one bunch
Turmeric 1 tsp
Lime 1
Bread 1 slice.
Cashew nuts 8
Salt to taste
Vegetable Pulav - Directions:
  1. Wash and drain rice.

  2. Peel and cut carrots,potato lenghtwise.Break cauliflower to floretts.

  3. Slice onion and green chilli.

  4. Grind garlic and ginger to fine paste.

  5. Cut bread to small pieces and fry it in ghee and keep it aside.

  6. Fry rice and keep aside.

  7. Heat ghee and add ghee cinammon,cardamom ,cashewnuts and cloves.

  8. Fry onion and green chilli until it is crisp.

  9. Add to rice,

  10. Serve hot with raitas or pickle.
