Vegetarian Omlette - Ingredients:

Gram flour 50 gms
Onion 1/4
Green chili 1
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves a few.
Tomato 50 gms
Butter milk 1 tbsp
Water 30 ml
Ghee 1 tsp
Vegetarian Omlette - Directions:
  1. Sieve flour. Chop onion ,chili, coriander leaves , tomato.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Heat half the besan mixture in a tava .

  4. Spread ghee.

  5. Cook for 2 minutes.Turn over and spread the remaining flour around edge and little on top.

  6. Remove when done and serve hot.
