Vendaikai(bhindi) pachadi - Ingredients:

Orka (bhindi) cut into small pieces 250 gns
Yoghurt whisked 1 1/2 cup
Refined oil 5 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tbsp.
Dry red chilli 1
Salt to taste.


Vendaikai(bhindi) pachadi - Directions:
  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil in wide opened vessel;Fry the orka till till deep brown.Keep aside.

  2. Heat remaining oil ;saute mustard seed until they start crackling ; add red chilli ;Remove and mix with yoghurt,fried okra and salt.
