Vermicelli Vada - Ingredients:

Vermicelli 200 gms 
Potatoes 200 gms 
Groundnut powder 20 gms 
Dry coconut powder 20 gms 
Green chillies 6-8 
Cilantro 1 Bunch 
mint leaves  1 Bunch 
curry leaves 1 Bunch 
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp 
ginger 1" piece 
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 
oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Vermicelli Vada - Directions:
  1. Boil Vermicelli and potatoes separately, strain and keep aside.

  2. Chop green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves and mix well with mashed potatoes.

  3. Add turmeric powders, coconut powder, groundnut powder and salt.

  4. Finally add Vermicelli and mix well.

  5. Shape them into round vadas and deep fry them till golden brown.
