Yoghurt Pachadi - Ingredients:

onions {medium) 4 
yogurt 2 cup  
hot green pepper 1 
tomato (small) 1 
coriander leaves (chopped) 1 Tbsp. 
salt 1/2 tsp. 
Yoghurt Pachadi - Directions:
  1. Cut onions lengthwise into thin pieces, pepper and tomato into small pieces.

  2. Mix them with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerate. Goes well with any kind of pilaf.

  3. May soak onion pieces in water for about 5 minutes and strain to remove the strong smell.
